（ 二 零 一 零 年 六 月 摘 要 酒店宾馆作为一个服务性行业，从客房的营销即客人的预定开始，到入住等级直至最后退房结账，整个过程应该能够体现以宾客为中心，提供快捷、方便的服务，提高酒店的管理水平，简化各种复杂操作，在最合理、最短的时间内完成酒店业务的规范操作。虽然信息化并不是酒店走向成功的关键元素，但它可以帮助那些真正影响成败的要素发挥更大的效用。因此，采用全新的计算机网络和管理系统，将成为提高酒店的管理效率，改善服务水准的重要手段之一。 酒店行业的激烈竞争使得争取客源、提高酒店满员率、指定正确营销策略已经成为一项重要的任务，而借助于当前蓬勃发展的IT工具来拓展销售能力，创造可观的经济效益已经成为许多酒店的首选。作为一种有效的统计分析手段，计算机管理系统发挥了其强大的优势，在数据保存、数据交换等方面均快速可靠，这是手工操作无法实现的。本系统使用Delphi和SOL Srver 2000开发而成。 本文设计的酒店管理系统，包括基础设置，预定管理和房态管理三个部分，实现了基本的计算机管理系统的要求。 关键词：酒店管理；基础设置；酒店预定管理；房态管理 Abstract Hotel as a service industries, from the marketing is the guest room reservation, check-in level to check until the check-out, whole process should be able to embody the guests as the center, provide quick, convenient service, improve the level of management, simplify complicated operation, the most reasonable, in the shortest time of complete hotel business standard operation. Therefore, using new computer network and management system, improve the management will become efficiency and improve the service level is one of the important means. The hotel industry competition for tourists, improve the hotel that were correct, designated marketing strategy has become an important task, and with the vigorous development of tools to expand sales ability of IT, create considerable economic benefits has become the preferred hotels. As an effective means of statistical analysis, the computer management system for the strong superiority, data storage and data exchange in such aspects as fast and reliable, it is impossible to realize the manual operation. This system uses Delphi and SOL Srver 2000 development.
