PAGE 苏州市职业大学毕 业 设 计 说 明 书毕业设计题目 数控机床零件加工工艺分析设计 系 机电工程系 专业班级 10数控一班 姓名 顾君梁 学号 51 指导老师 董老师 2011年摘 要：随着数控技术的发展，数控机床不仅在宇航、造船、军工等领域广泛使用，而且也进入了汽车、机床等民用机械制造行业。目前，在机械行业中，单件、小批量的生产所占有的比例越来越大，机械产品的精度和质量也在不断地提高。所以，普通机床越来越难以满足加工精密零件的需要。同时，由于生产水平的提高，数控机床的价格在不断下降，因此，数控机床在机械行业中的使用已很普遍。Master CAM设计及制造系统是将设计和制造结合在一起的PC级套装软件，利用Master CAM可以绘制零件的图纸，生成零件的数控加工程序并通过电缆直接送至数控机床上，由数控机床完成零件的加工，是一套CAD/CAM一体化软件。在Master CAM系统中，可以将用AutoCAD等CAD软件绘制的图形调入至Master CAM中使用，也可将用Master CAM绘制的图形送入到其它CAD软件中去使用。关键词：数控机床 Pro/E Master CAMAbstractBecause the number controls a technical development, the number controls tool machine not only extensive in the realms, such as astronautics, shipbuilding and soldier work...etc. use, and also got into the car, and tool machine...etc. public machine manufacturing profession Currently, in the machine profession, the comparison occupied by the production of single piece, small batch quantity is more and more big, accuracy and quality of machine product are constantly also raising. In the meantime, because of the exaltation of production level, number control the price of tool machine is continuously descending, therefore, number control tool machine have been very universal in the usage in the machine profession.The design of Master CAM and manufacturing system are together to combine design and manufacturing of the PC class suit software, making use of Master CAM can draw the diagram paper of spare parts, the number of born spare parts controls to process procedure and pass electric cable to directly send to a number to control tool machine up, is processing of tool machine completion spare parts by the number, is a set of CAD|CAM the integral whole turn ware .At Master CAM system in, can will wait CAD with AutoC
