毕业论文 （20_ _届） 宁波裕人企业危机管理分析及其启示 摘 要 企业在高速发展时期的盲目扩张，没有相应的危机防范措施，当企业遇到外部环境突变或不可预知的危机因素时，往往无以应对。加之，我国民营企业制度以及管理手段和技术相对落后，企业素质相对薄弱，使得民营企业或多或少的存在着这样或那样的潜在危机，导致我国民营企业短寿现象丛生。民营企业的危机意识薄弱和危机管理水平低下，对突发性危机事件的处理不当是导致民营企业猝死。因此，加强民营企业危机管理势在必行。 本文选择宁波裕人集团为研究对象，对中小型企业快速发展中所遇到的危机进行分析，分析危机对企业的影响，以及企业如何应对危机。裕人企业短短几年时间裕人集团从一家小型家族制企业发展成为全球电脑横机行业和中国无缝针织内衣机行业具有最高市场地位、最强竞争力和发展潜力的针织设备全球重要供应商，同德国斯托尔（STOLL）、日本岛精（SHIMA SEIKI）并称为全球前三强。裕人从建立到发展壮大的过程中经历了几次大的危机，其危机管理机制对我国中小型企业提供了有很好的借鉴作用。 关键词： Abstract Enterprises in the blind expansion of high-speed development period have no corresponding measures for crisis prevention, thus when the external environment changes, when the company faced a crisis mutations or unpredictable factors, they often can not respond.
