本 科 毕 业 论 文 题 目 浙江省制造业上市公司股利政策研究 学 院 专 业 财 务 管 理 班 级 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师 摘 要 股利政策是现代公司理财活动的三大核心内容之一，对于上市公司有着深远的影响：一方面，它是上市公司筹资活动的延续；另一方面，适当的股利分配政策，不仅可以树立良好的上市公司形象，更能激发广大投资者对上市公司持续投资，使得公司能获得稳定和长期的发展条件和机会。因而，作为财务经济学的一个重要分支，股利政策的研究一直是国内外理论研究者和实际工作者关注的焦点，各种理论层出不穷。 我国的股票市场起步比较晚，关于上市公司股利政策的研究相对于西方国家来说还只是处于初级阶段，因此对上市公司股利政策的研究具有重要的现实意义。本文首先对股利和股利政策的理论发展进行了阐述和评价，其次，以浙江省制造业上市公司为研究样本，对其股利分配的特征进行了分析。再次，通过实证研究的方法对浙江省制造业上市公司股利分配与各影响因素进行了实证研究；最后，论文对规范和完善浙江省制造业上市公司的股利政策提出了对策与建议。 关键词：Abstract Dividend policy is one of three core elements of modern corporate finance activities, which have a far-reaching implications to listed companies: on the one hand, it is a continuation of the financing of listed companies; on the other hand, the appropriate dividend distribution policy, not only can establish a good image of listed companies, but also can stimulate the majority of investors continue to invest in listed companies, so companies can get a stable and long-term development conditions and opportunities. Thus, as an important branch of financial economics, research on dividend policy has been the focus of theory researchers and practical workers. There are various theories abound. China’s stock market started relatively late, it is only in its infancy on dividend policy of listed companies which compared to Western countries, So the research on dividend policy of listed companies is of important practical significance.
