本 科 毕 业 论 文 题 目 制造业上市公司融资结构优化研究 学 院 专 业 财 务 管 理 班 级 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师 摘 要 市场经济是一种资金约束型的经济，融资便成为了企业所要考虑的头等大事，因而融资的问题也就成为了我国上市公司普遍面临的首先需要解决的现实问题。无可否认的是一个合理的融资结构会对企业的融资成本、企业的产权分配等产生良好的促进作用，可以有效地提升企业价值，进而通过资本市场对宏观经济的整体增长发挥积极地影响。同时它也是建立现代的企业制度、深化企业改革的重要途径。融资结构是企业治理结构选择的基础，对企业治理水平有着重大的影响，企业经济绩效、治理效率很大程度地依赖于融资结构的优化，因而研究上市公司的融资结构并提出相应的优化措施意义重大。 本文通过点面结合，理论联系实际的方法研究问题，面上阐述了制造业上市公司融资结构现状，点上以浙江三花股份有限公司为例，在对融资结构理论分析的基础上，有条理地分析了制造业上市公司融资问题，并对所存在的问题给出了针对性的建议。 关键词：Abstract In the market economy, financing is of utmost importance for modern companies ,in which the way and the structure of financing are critical ,so the problem of financing becomes the first thing needed to be solved for our listed companies. There is no denying the fact a reasonable financing structure on the enterprises financing costs, enterprises property right distribution etc have good facilitation, and can effectively improve enterprise value, and then by the capital market on macro economy overall growth exert positively influence. At the same time, it is the establishment of a modern enterprise system, deepen the enterprise reform important ways. Financing structure is the enterprise governance structure basis of choosing, to the enterprise management level, have a major impact on enterprise economic performance and management efficiency depends largely on financing structure optimization, therefore, the study of the listed companys financial structure and put forward the corresponding optimization measures of great significance.
