利益分配中的制度冲突与协调 摘 要 “农业、农村、农民”的发展是决定我国经济又好又快发展的前提。在土 地分配的过程中，虽然以相关制度、政策来保障经济又好又快的发展，但是固 有的传统文化束缚及相关制度保障上的缺失导致了土地分配过程中的矛盾激 化，从而引发群体利益纠纷。本文从制度认知、制度选择、制度冲突、制度协 调等几个方面来阐述土地分配过程中矛盾产生的深层原因，透过现象看本质， 并试图从制度协调上来化解土地分配过程中的矛盾，为统筹我国整体经济又好 又快的发展,促进社会和谐奠定基础。 关键词：土地承包；利益纠纷；制度协调 1 利益分配中的制度冲突与协调 Abstract Better development of “agriculture, countryside and peasants” is a prerequisite to the sound and fast economic growth of our country. Although relevant regulations and policies are there to ensure better and faster economic growth in the process of land distribution, the restriction of traditional culture and lack of related institutions lead to the intensification of contradictions in land distribution, which triggers group interests disputes. This essay explores the reasons for the contradictions that emerged from land distribution in terms of understanding the institution, the choice of institution, institutional contradictions, and institutional coordination. It also explores the essence through phenomenon, and attempts to resolve the contradictions that appeared in the process of land distribution by means of institutional coordination, so as to lay a foundation for the overall planning for faster and better economic development of our country as a whole and promoting social harmony.
