摘 要 “大跃进”美术的兴衰与“大跃进”运动同步，美术作品作为政治宣传的 有效工具被大大提倡、广泛使用，呈现出骤然繁荣普及又迅速衰落的特征。由 少数专业美术工作者和大量业余的普通工人、农民描绘时代风貌的作品在城镇 乡村铺天盖地涌现出来，内容和形式夸张，艺术价值较低，多是在文艺政策的 指导下服务于国家建设的程式化作品；从艺术发展的角度来说有一定的贡献， 一系列的“新”美术运动促进了艺术的民间化、大众化，革新了传统绘画，发 展出革命现实主义和革命浪漫主义风格；从社会与艺术的关系的角度提出了一 个重要课题——艺术如何反映社会生活，其中如何处理艺术与政治的关系是意 识形态国家需要考虑的问题。本文介绍了 “大跃进”美术运动的发展状况与风 格特征，挖掘美术作品中的“话语”，以史实来论证“话语”的真实性和有效性， 以及与社会生活的关联性，重在把作品与当时社会、政治的关系作整体呈现， 全景式地透视当时社会，从而反观艺术本身。 关键词：“大跃进”美术；浮夸；政治 4 Abstract The prosperity and declines of “The Great Leap Forward” fine arts synchronizes with “the Great Leap Forward” movement.
