摘要 目前使用的无极绳绞车属于直接启动，无调速性能，在使用中，启 动平稳性不好，不能够进行调速，当矿车运行到直角弯道、变坡点或轨 1  道不平等处需要慢性的场合，由于速度不易控制，就对绞车、矿车或牵 引的设备引起冲击、造成矿车掉道等问题，一定程度上影响了安全高效 生产。 针对井下特殊的环境，改造现有的无极绳绞车，利用液压泵驱动液 压马达代替原来的防爆电机，实现无极调速，使绞车能够平稳的起步， 方便的调速，能够针对不同的工况，使用不同的速度来运行，得到安装 维护简单、使用方便、节省人力、安全高效、运行可靠的目的。 而液压技术的发展，使液压调速控制绞车更具有结构紧凑、造价便 宜、起动平稳、调速方便、过载保护等优点，特别是采用鼠笼式电机拖 动，使电控系统简单，实现了防爆要求。 关键词：无极绳绞车 无极调速 液压 Abstract Current use of endless rope winch belongs to start directly, without the performance of speed adjustment, in use, a smooth start can not control, when the car runs intoaright-angled bend, variable slope or track inequality require chronic situations, because the speed is not easy to control, the winch, or traction. 2  The device caused by impact, causing the car off the track and other issues, to some extent affected the safety and high efficiency production. And the development of hydraulic technology, the hydraulic speed control winch has compact structure, low cost, stable starting, convenient speed regulation, overload protection and other advantages, particularly the squirrel-cage motor, the control system is simple, achieve explosion-proof requirements.
