PAGE 毕业设计（论文） 大庆朝阳沟联合站初步设计 摘 要 大庆朝阳沟联合站的设计是以储运教研室下达的任务书为依据完成的。联合站是地面集输系统中的重要组成部分，在站中将井口采出物进行必要的加工处理，然后将成品原油外输。 该联合站东西长433米，南北宽329米，年处理量为80万吨，采用密闭流程。站外来油经三相分离器、缓冲罐、脱水泵、加热炉、电脱水器、稳定塔等处理后，经外输泵，计量后外输。 站内划分为油罐区，污水处理区，工艺区，配电区，消防区，辅助生产区，设计时设计了有泵流程，同时也考虑了停电流程，即事故流程。 在设计的过程中我首先参考了相关资料，然后根据相关设计参数进行基本计算和设备选型，接着确定了总平面布置和联合站的工艺计算，最后完成了联合站总平面布置图和工艺流程图，设计并绘制了脱水泵的管线安装图。 ? 关键词：联合站；分离；生产流程；设备 ABSTRACT ?The design of Daqing Chaoyanggou central treating station was complicated according to the assignment given by the Storage and Transportation Teaching and Researching Department. The treating station is one most important part in the oil and gas gathering and transmission system, where the well fluids are treated necessarily, and then the commercial crude oil will be transported to the destination. It is 433 meters long from west to east and 329 meters wide from north to south and the station’s treating capacity is about 80 thousand ton per year. The design employs tight flow with pump. Crude oil from wells flow through three-phase separator, buffer tank, dewatering pumps, water-jacket heater, electric dehydrator, stabilization and transportation pumps. Station area is divided into tanks, sewage treatment area, craft area, distribution area, Fire District, auxiliary production area. The central treating station includes two main processes, they are tight flow process with and without pumps. In addition, the accidental process while power is off was considered. During the process of design of the station, several state standards have been referenced as well as the correlative parameters of the station firstly. Then according to the correlative design parameters given by the assignment, I finished the basis calculation and checked the equipments and pipelines, also the general plane dispose and the technical flow were confirmed. At last, plane dispose diagram, process flow diagram as well as the pipeline fixing diagram of the dehydration pumps are finished. Keywords: centr
