摘 要
该设计是威海市旅游开发大厦设计,上面10层,地下1层。楼层总高度33.9米,其中,一层是商业服务中心,层高4.2米,其他各层都是办公区,每层高3.3m,威海市所在的地区的抗震设防烈度是7度,设计地震分组是第一组,在结构整体上采用钢筋混凝土框架剪力墙结构体系,剪力墙在电梯或者薄弱处进行布置。
这个设计由4个部分组成:绪论,建筑设计,结构设计和结论。在建筑设计中,非常谨慎的考虑到了消防和防火的规定,设置楼梯一部,电梯4部,屋面防水采用有组织排水,在材料上采用PPC乙丙多层复合防水卷材,并且设有保温层和隔气层,内外墙均采用混凝土空心砌块砌筑,为了施工的方便,厚度370mm,在结构设计中包含了结构布置,刚度特征值,内里组合和配筋。在这个结构方案每个构件的传力途径简单,受力合理明确,剪力墙的合理布置使得剪力墙和框架的刚度以及结构特征值处于合理范围内,接下来分别进行竖向荷载和和水平荷载作用下的内里计算,按照有关规范进行内力组合,得到各个构件的最不利内力,再根据强柱弱梁,强剪弱弯的抗震设计原则,对构建控制截面的内力进行修正,然后是配筋的计算。

ABSTRACT
??? The design is Weihai tourism development building design, the top 10 floors and 1 underground floor.
