PAGE 毕业设计中文摘要 杨州市某办公楼设计之六 摘要： 该办公楼是带地下车库的7层钢筋混凝土框架结构，本设计包括建筑设计和结构设计两个部分。本设计建筑物位于7（0.15g）度抗震区，场地类别为Ⅲ类场地，建筑高度30m,抗震等级为三级；建筑平面整体呈“一”字形，总建筑面积约6000m2. 在建筑设计中，充分考虑了结构简单、传力路径尽量短等原则，采用了结构构件尽量对称布置的方法，以利于建筑的抗震，在设计的过程中尽量做到经济、美观、合理。建筑设计主要是确定建筑方案，学习应用AutoCAD,绘制建筑平面图。结构设计包括确定结构方案，进行柱网布置和荷载布置，学习PKPM软件，用该软件建立结构模型，进行结构分析，对不合理之处进行调整，最后绘制梁、柱施工图和楼梯施工图。对软件结果进行分析时，重点考虑了刚重比，周期比，薄弱层，剪重比，位移比，有效质量系数等参数信息。楼梯配筋和剪力墙配筋采用手算。 关键词： 框架结构 办公楼 结构设计 建筑设计 钢筋混凝土结构 毕业设计外文摘要 Title a Office Building design of Yangzhou With the U Abstract The office building is seven layers of steel reinforced concrete structure of the design framework with the underground garage, including architectural design and architecture design two parts. This design of the building is located 7 (0.15g)degrees anti-earthquake zone,site category Ⅲ class venues,building height 30m, seismic rating of three; construction plan is a glyph, with a total gross floor area of approximately 6000m2.In architectural design, a full account of the structure is simple,and the force transmission path is as short as possible, using a symmetrical arrangement of structural elements as a method to facilitate the construction of seismic, as far as possible in the design process to achieve economic, appearance and reasonable. Architectural design is to determine the main building program,and learn applications AutoCAD to draw the floor plan. Determine the structure of the program, including structural design, conduct column grid layout and load layout, learning PKPM software to create structure model , structural analysis, unreasonable adjustments, the final draw beams, columns construction drawings and construction plans of stairs. When analyzing the results of the software,We focus on the ratio of stiffness to weight ratio,cycle, weak layer, shear-weight ratio, displacement ratio and effective mass coefficient information.
