年产量240万吨冷轧带钢车间设计 摘 要 由于冷轧薄板具有很高的尺寸精度，表面质量和优良的综合性能，因此得到了越来越广泛的应用，成为国民经济中各生产建设领域所必须的材料，尤其是在家电板和汽车板的应用。本文结合鞍钢冷轧薄板厂的相关资料，同时参考了多家现代冷轧厂的资料，设计了年产240万吨1700冷轧车间。设计内容包括选择轧钢机形式、确定布置形式、根据典型品种（厚度为0.8mm）进行压下规程设计和有关计算（轧制力参数计算、轧辊强度校核和电机生产能力校核等）。主设备采用了酸轧联合机组，退火炉选择连续退火炉。本设计力图设计出能生产高档家电板和汽车板的冷轧薄板厂，所采用的设备都是经参考相关资料对比后选取的最佳设备，以保证产品的质量和生产的顺利进行，从而实现优质、高产、低消耗、环保的目标。 关键词: 冷轧薄板；酸轧联合机组；冷轧工艺与设备；压下规程 Annual production of 2.4 million tons cold-rolled strip steel plant design ABSTRACT As Cold-rolled sheet with high dimensional accuracy, surface quality and excellent overall performance, so it has been more widely used, as the national economy of the production field of construction materials necessary, especially in the home plate and car plates application.
