The actual design is based on SOFTX3000, the first platform in the E-Bridge configuration of the SOFTX3000 device data; And then configuration the MGCP and SIP configuration business data and finally realize the NGN communication services; In the expanded part of the article also is designed an example of an emergency call 110 based on MGCP protocol.
