摘 要 袋成型热封包装机是实现薄膜材料包裹各种流体、固体产品的包装设备，广泛应用于食品、化工、日用品、医药等领域。随着人们对包装的需求化，袋成型包装机的应用也愈加普遍。对包装机的要求，尤其是在精度、效率等方面的要求越来越高。而这些要求是基于包装机的内部核心结构，即凸轮机构。据此，本文根据现有的一套热封包装机为原型，采用Pro/Engineer设计了三套凸轮机构。 本文通过学习机械凸轮设计，在分析包装机包装工艺和使用要求的基础上，通过分析热封包装机热封条件，并测量实验室热封包装机凸轮机构，自己设定了三套凸轮方案，并且通过Pro/Engineer软件画出了凸轮机构。 本文基于Pro/Engineer中机构分析的强大功能，模拟了凸轮机构的运动，同时运行机构分析，分别对三套方案进行了滚子、凸轮和热封板的位置、速度和加速度进行了仿真分析，并得出了各项的分析图，使结果明朗化，简单化。 最后，对结果进行了分析，并展望了热封凸轮的未来发展。 关键词 包装机；热封；Pro/Engineer；凸轮；仿真分析 Abstract Heat sealing packing bag molding machine is to realize film materials all kinds of liquid and solid product package of packaging equipment widely used in the food industry, chemical industry, daily necessities, medicine, etc. As the packaging needs of the bag forming packaging machine application has been increasingly common. For the requirement of packaging machine, especially in precision, efficiency, and other aspects of the demand is higher and higher. And these requirements are based on packaging machine core structure, namely the CAM mechanism. Thus, this article according to the existing a hot sealing packing machine as the prototype, using Proe designed a set of CAM mechanism. This article through the learning mechanical CAM design, on the analysis of the packaging machine packaging technology and application requirements, and on the basis of analysis through heat sealing packaging machine heat sealing condition, and measurement laboratory heat sealing packing machine, the CAM mechanism set yourself a CAM schemes, and through the Proe software draw the CAM mechanism.
