沈阳建筑大学 毕业设计说明书 毕 业 设 计 题 目: 齿轮泵侧板卸荷孔加工专机及夹具设计 系 别 专 业 班 级: 学 生 姓 名： 性别： 指 导 教 师： 职称： 2012年 6 月 15 日 摘要 组合机床是以系列化，标准化的通用部件为基础，配以少量专用部件组合成的专用机床。适合大批量生产，对一种或几种类似零件的一道或几道工序进行加工。组合机床既有专用机床的结构简单、生产率和自动化程度高的特点，又具有一定的重新调整功能，以适应工件变化的需要。组合机床能对工件进行多面、多主轴加工，且一般情况下可以进行半自动加工。由于组合机床的通用部件是由专门厂家生产的，并且有不同型号可供设计人员选择，这样对设计者来说非常方便，可以大为缩短设计周期。 该机床是专门为齿轮泵侧板卸荷孔的钻、铣而设计的。该机床是立式回转工作台组合机床，其中立柱、主机底座、立柱侧、底座都选择了通用部件。多轴箱、活动钻模板、夹具都是专用部件。多轴箱安装在动力头上，由动力滑台的移动来完成进给运动。 在本机床的设计过程中采用了可换机构，这样在加工不同工件时，只需要把活动钻模板、夹具、刀具等相应的部件换下，即可实现对系列化产品的加工，而不更换多轴箱，这样可以提高机床的适应性。 关键词：回转工作台；动力滑台；多轴箱；夹具 Abstract Modular machine is designed for some certain product making,based on serial and standard universial components,and with some special components. It is mostly used in single or serial operation of single type or serial types products in large production. Modular machine not only have simple structure,high auto-control level,and high production,but also have high adjustment . So it can adopt to the change of the products.modular machine can make in several position several faces.several spindles at the same time .Also in some occasion,it is half auto-control . Bucause of the universial components of modular machineare designed and made by special company and have different types can be selected,it makes designers much easy to design the modular machine and shorten the designing time . This modular machine is designed for gear pump side board drilling .it’s structure is vertial-rotarytable-drilling machine .the column and hneesis column base,side column base are universial component .the spindles box.moving drilling model jigard fixture sre special components.the spindles box fixed on the saddle,vertically feeding with the moving saddle by hydrolical power. Adopt the adjustablestructure in this modulsr machine design,it can make serial products by change moving drilling model ,jigard fixture and tools .
