The computation of oil production is an important work of oil fields’ production management. It has an instructional significance for the well yield accurately and timely metering, controlling reservoir on the situation, the development of production programs. Whether pouring into the oil viscosity reducer in the mining process, or in the measurement of oil and transportation process, the flow of oil is required for some of the accurate measurement and control. Therefore, according to the practical and particular requirements, this issue is through the current number of related areas of analysis and research, designed a control system based on AT89C51 microcontroller. The main contents of this issue is flow detection, mainly by the traffic flow information collected by sensors, and then through the AD converter continuously converting analog signal discretization to pass SCM, SCMs software system under the control of settings and according to pre- control requirements expected by stepper motor to precisely control the valve opening to achieve precise control of flow. Among them, the hardware circuit of the lap is the focus of this design, control system software design is the core of this issue. Hardware part which is using AT89C51 microcontroller and external EPROM memory expansion to constitute the main part of the SCM control system.
