Questionnaire survey is an important way in the research of social science. Questionnaire survey on the net has been an ordinary form of questionnaire survey along with the development of Internet. Questionnaire for survey and research in every sociology field has the approximately same structure. Commonly，it consists of and epilogue. So it is feasible to foreword, directions, survey items design a questionnaire survey system as a template for different questionnaire design. The first survey net is established on this basis of this. The discourse according to the practical demand which is on the base of the situation of the domestic and international question management at present, adopt comparatively popular B/S (browser/server ) structure and JSP dynamic webpage, has designed the first net system with comparatively perfect function. The system is based on the operation system of Windows XP Professional ,the database of SQLSERVER. Through a series of preparation such as requirement analization、design 、coding、test, the function is that the administrators could release the survey questionnaire and response it, enquiry and manage the survey information, manage site, manage background Member Area and so on. Through the testing , the operation result of the system is steady .It is easy to operate and the speed is fast . The system will be likely to appear some problem during the application course. For the future, we will constantly perfect and renovate the system. It will become better than before.?
