云梦县城区污水处理工程 摘要：设计的主要任务是云梦县污水处理厂的设计，设计近期规模为60000m3/d，远期为90000m3/d，采用了CASS处理工艺。污水处理工艺为CASS工艺，污泥处理工艺为污泥浓缩脱水工艺。该污水厂的污水处理流程为：从泵房到沉砂池，进入CASS池，消毒池，最后出水；污泥的流程为：从CASS池排出的剩余污泥首先进入均质池，进行污泥浓缩，经过浓缩的污泥再送至带式压滤机，进一步脱水后，运至垃圾填埋场。在设计过程中,对CASS池中的管道布置进行了一定探讨,详细内容见附件论文,希望对类似工程有借鉴作用。 本设计与现行的城市生活污水处理工艺相比具有明显的优势： (1) 工艺流程简单，占地面积小，投资较低 (2) 生化反应推动力大 (3) 沉淀效果好 (4) 运行灵活，抗冲击能力强，可实现不同的处理目标 (5) 不易发生污泥膨胀 (6)适用范围广，适合分期建设 (7) 剩余污泥量小，性质稳定 设计结果表明：污水处理厂处理后的出水达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》（GB18918-2002）中的一级B标准。 关键词：城市污水；CASS工艺；脱氮除磷；工艺设计 Cloud dream sewage treatment engineering design specifications Abstract: Design is the main task of the yunmeng county sewage treatment plant design, design scale of 60000 m3 / d recently, forward for 90000 m3 / d, adopted CASS process.
