Polyester accounts for more than 60 percent of the worlds synthetic fiber production， and it is used extensively for clothing， bedding， a variety of decorative fabrics， national defense and special fabric textiles and other industrial fiber products， such as filter materials，insulation materials， tire cord， conveyor belts. Polyester has low moisture regain and static electricity， which largely limits the application of polyester products. Preparing polyaniline/polyester compound conductive yarn though in-situ polymerization synthesis and use aniline as a monomer and polyester fiber as a matrix. The optimal reaction condition could be gotten from the experimental results. The results show that， by controlling the reaction conditions， good performance conductive fiberabsorp polyaniline effectively can be prepared. The optimal reaction conditions: the density of caustic soda is 50g/L， reaction temperature 80℃， the alkali treatment time is 2h， molar ratio of ammonium persulfate and aniline is 1:1， sulfuric acid is 1mol/L， reaction time is 6h， the reaction temperature 15～25℃.
