摘要 本文变速器系统针对起步、换档控制策略展开研究工作其目的是试验研究熟练驾驶员手动换档操纵规律和控制特点，为目前AMT样车控制策略提供比照依据，研究手动与AMT 操纵间的区别和各自特点，进行可比性指标分析，对AMT 控制策略进行优化确定最优控制策略。主要研究内容如下： 1. 分析了电控机械式自动变速器（AMT）的产生与发展历程，AMT系统的结构、特点与分类。介绍了国外的一些商用车辆使用的AMT 产品。分析了AMT 系统在商用车辆上使用的优缺点。总结了电动汽车AMT系统的现实意义。确定了本文的研究内容。 2.详细介绍了AMT系统的组成及工作过程（工作原理）。 3. 简要的分析了AMT 系统的控制策略。首先，分析了AMT 系统在起步工况中的离合器接合条件和接合过程；起步过程中的控制需求，包括操纵性、平顺性和离合器保护；起步时的控制模式和实现方法。然后，对行驶时的换档过程中离合器和选换档控制策略、影响换档品质的因素进行了分析。最后，分析了停车过程中的离合器的控制要求，分离与接合的控制方法，以及离合器保护和它们对换档品质的影响；结尾分析的几种非常实用的AMT 辅助控制策略。 总之，本文通过了多种手段对AMT 的控制策略进行了研究。希望通过本文的工作能够对相关项目的提供制定AMT 评价标准提供数据依据。由于时间所限，仅做了上述工作，为提高AMT 系统及整车性能还需进行进一步深入的研究。 关键词：电动汽车、电控机械式自动变速器（AMT）、控制策略、换档特性。 ABSTRACT This paper aims at the control strategies of start and shifting processes. The purpose is to research the shifting behaviors of skilled drivers, to compare it with the control strategies of present sample truck with AMT, to research the differences between manual and AMT manipulation, to analyze the comparability index, to optimize AMT control strategies and to establish optimum control strategies through testing and model-based simulating. The paper addresses three areas: 1. Reviewing the development stages of the AMT. Summarizing the structure, the characteristic and the type of it. Introducing two AMT products available in the commercial vehicle market. Analyzing the merits and shortcomings of the AMT equipped with commercial vehicles, and the practicability of the AMT development on trucks. 2.It introuduces the AMT components and working process (working principle) in detail. 3. Analyzing the basic control strategies of AMT briefly. The closing conditions and process, the control requirements, the control mode and methods of the clutch in the launch stage, including driveability, ride comfort,clutch protection. The control metrics of the clutch and the gearbox in therunning and stopping stage. The influence factors of shift quality. Introducing some practical assistant control strategies of the AMT.
