本科毕业论文说明书 清远市十二五规划负荷预测研究 系 别 电 气 工 程 系 专业班级 电气工程及其自动化（2）班 学生姓名 黄 得 龙 指导教师 张 尧 陈 丽 丹 提交日期 2011 年 5 月18 日 摘 要 电力负荷预测是电力系统的重要组成部分，也是电力系统运行的经济基础，任何时候，电力负荷预测对电力系统规划的运行都极其的重要。近几年，随着我国电力供需矛盾的突出及其电力工业市场化运营机制的推行，电力负荷预测的准确性有待进一步的提高，然而由于社会运转速度的不断加快和信息量的膨胀，使准确的负荷预测变的愈加困难。所以，电力负荷预测已成为电力行业必不可以少的一项工作。 本文基于清远市1995年至2010年的历史用电数据，并预测十二五期间全社用电量。首先介绍了负荷预测的理论基础，即通过说明负荷预测的方法、特点、原理以及实现步骤来突显理论基础的重要性，同时，本文重点介绍了灰色预测法和神经网络法的理论基础及建模过程，并且灰色预测法采用的是GM（1，1）模型，神经网络法采用的则是BP神经网络。通过对这两种模型的分析与研究，并根据实际用电量，从而预测出2011年至2015年清远市全社会用电量。同时，通过对比灰色预测法、BP神经网络法以及多元线性回归预测法和时间序列法的预测结果，分析各种方法的适用范围，并提出了灰色预测和BP神经网络的改进建议，并就四种预测方法的结果进行了组合预测的设想。本文预测结果的得出是通过MATLAB软件编程实现。 关键词：负荷预测，灰色预测法，神经网络法，用电量 Abstract Power load forecasting is an important part of the power system，but also the economic foundation of power system operation，at any time load forecasting of power system planning of the operation are extremely important。In recent years，as Chinas outstanding power supply and demand and the power industry the implementation of market mechanism，the accuracy of load forecasting to be further improved，and the accelerating rate of social functioning and expansion of information so that accurate load forecasting becomes more difficult。so the load forecasting has become the power industry shall not be less of a job。 This article is based in Qingyuan City from 1995 to 2010 the history of electricity data to predict second five-power consumption during the whole society。First introduces the theoretical basis of load forecasting，load forecasting that by describing the method，characteristics，principles and implementation steps to highlight the importance of theory，while the paper also highlights the gray prediction method and the theoretical basis of neural network and the construction mode process，and the gray prediction method uses a GM (1,1) model，neural network method is used in BP neural network。Through the analysis of these two models and research，and based on actual consumpti
