SHANGHAI 毕业设计（论文） UNDERGRADUATE PROJECT (THESIS) 题 目:江浙地区中小企业融资困境及对策 摘 要 随着我国市场经济体制的逐步完善和金融市场的快速发展，企业作为市场经济的主体置身于动态的市场环境之中，作为主体中的主要成分——中小企业，其面临的发展问题和困境多种多样，而融资问题则尤为突出，所以中小企业融资问题的成功解决与否越来越成为其发展的关键。本文从我国江浙地区中小企业融资的实际状况出发,分析了中小企业融资现状以及困境成因,再推广到一般性的对策分析，提出了通过完善公司治理结构，优化投资结构，建立企业信用互补制度，创新金融制度，发挥政府积极职能等措施来缓解公司的融资困境。中小企业的融资困境，不仅关系到单个企业的经营状况和生存状态，更影响着国民经济的健康、良性发展。因此，本文希望在借鉴国外先进经验并总结江浙地区中小企业融资问题处理的基础上，推广到一般性企业，力求找到新的突破口，为我国中小企业融资问题上有所帮助和指导。 关键词：中小企业 融资 困境 对策 ABSTRCAT Along with our country market economy system and financial market gradually as the rapid development of the market economy, enterprises subject to market environment of dynamic, as the main body of the main components of small and medium-sized enterprises, its face - the development of various problems and difficulties, and financing problems are particularly outstanding financing, so the problem successfully resolved or become the key of development. China Jiangsu and Zhejiang area from the actual condition of financing , the author analyzes the reasons and problems financing predicament, causes to general countermeasures to promote, this paper argues that improve the corporate governance structure and optimizing investment, establishment of enterprise credit system, the innovation of financial system complementary, government measures to alleviate positive functions of financing difficulties. The financing difficulties, not only to single enterprise management status and more affecting survival state and national economy, the benign development. Therefore, this paper hopes in foreign advanced experience and Jiangsu and Zhejiang area financing problems on the basis of general enterprises, to find the new breakthrough, strive for the small and medium-sized enterprises in China, financing issues help and guidance.
