本 科 毕 业 论 文 题 目： 工程项目施工阶段成本控制问题研究 工程项目施工阶段成本控制问题研究 摘要 随着我国建筑施工和基础建设管理体制地不断深化，市场竞争机制逐步形成,工程项目成本控制作为工程项目管理的中心内容已成为决定建筑施工企业市场竞争力的关键。因此研究工程项目成本控制对加强企业市场竞争力具有十分重要的现实意义。本文旨在通过对工程项目成本控制问题的研究，使建筑企业认识到成本控制的重要性，提高成本控制水平。 本文以建筑工程成本控制理论为基础，介绍了工程项目成本控制的现状，并针对当前我国工程项目施工阶段成本控制所存在的主要问题，综合运用分析、归纳与总结等方法，对如何控制建筑工程施工阶段的成本进行了研究。本文所得出的结论是建筑施工企业应当完善成本控制体系，明确成本责任制度，并注重技术与经济相结合，以使施工阶段的工程成本得到有效控制。 关键词：工程项目；成本控制；成本控制体系；成本责任制 Research on the Cost Control Problems of Engineering Project in Construction Stage Abstract As our country’s construction and infrastructure management system developing, the market competition has been formed. Engineering project cost control as the center of the engineering project management content has become the key which decides the competitiveness of the construction enterprise in the market. So the project cost control has very important practical significance to strengthen enterprise market competitiveness. This paper aims to make the construction enterprises realize the importance of cost control and improve the cost control level through the study of engineering project cost control. This paper which makes the construction engineering cost control theory as a foundation, introduces the present situation of engineering project cost control. And according to the main problems existing in current phase of project construction cost control, it studies how to control the cost at the construction engineering construction stage with the methods of analysis, generalization and summary. The conclusion this paper provides is that construction enterprises shall improve the cost control system, clear cost responsibility system, pay attention to combination of technology and economy and pay attention to combination of technology and economy, so the project cost of construction phase can be controlled effectively.
