论宋朝法律制度的主要变化 摘 要 宋朝是中国封建社会发展的一个新的时期，其经济、政治、文化、科技等方面，都比前朝有长足的发展和显著的变化。而作为表明和记载经济关系要求和统治者用来实现经济利益手段的法律，在宋代亦表现出与其经济、政治、文化相适应的时代特色。叶适曾说：今内外上下，一事之小，一罪之微，皆先有法以待之。足见宋朝法网之密和对法治的重视。Song dynasty was the development of Chinas feudal society, a new era, its economic, political, cultural, science and technology, than the former have made great progress and significant changes.
