At the facet of the processing, the mixed slurry of DIP（60%）and TMP（40%）was used as papermaking raw pulp, after the working procedure of pulp ration making, addition, residue-remove, filtration, sizing, meshwork, squeezing, drying, calendaring , reeling , newsprint with 45 g/m2 ration can be produced. The design referred to the production processing of Fujian Nanping Paper Co., Ltd, and the performance parameters of the paper were all identical to or better than the requirements of national standards. In the aspect of equipments, we applied dilution water head box and 5500 twin-wire former to produce the newsprint with 45g/m2 ration , to adapt to the market demand
