PAGE 河南农业大学 本科生毕业论文（设计） 题 目 套管式温室大棚卷帘机的设计 学 院 机电工程学院 专业班级 机制07级3班 学生姓名 姜子刚 指导教师 何予鹏 撰写日期：2011年05月10日 摘 要 随着城乡人民生活水平的提高，冬季栽培鲜菜、鲜果的温室大棚蓬勃发展，规模越来越大。但是，草帘每天都要卷起和铺放，耗用菜农很多的精力和体力，为了节约每次升降帘子的时间，设计套管式温室大棚卷帘机，每次一个或者两个人在十分钟左右的时间就能完成卷帘、放帘作业，这样可以大大延长室内的光照时间。针对温室大棚用户的实际情况，设计一种套管式卷帘机，并对关键结构进行运动分析与受力分析，对其主要结构的技术参数进行分析与计算，以完善机器结构和工作原理。该种形式的卷帘机适合棚长较小的温室大棚的设计工作，其传动方式为电动机通过二级皮带传动和一级蜗杆减速器实现减速，并通过凸缘联轴器与卷帘轴相连。该卷帘机采用一级蜗杆减速器能够很大程度上减小减速器的设计尺寸；蜗杆头数采用单头不但加工容易，而且具有自锁性能，能够在一定程度上减少安全事故。套管式卷帘机通过电动机的正反转实现卷帘和放帘作业。 关键词：温室大棚；卷帘机；传动 Designing of Automatic Met Roller for Solar Greenhouse Abstract With the improvement of living standards of urban and rural people.Growing of fresh vegetables and fruit, the winter of greenhouse trellis vigorous development, scale is getting bigger and bigger.
