 用创意农业开发河北省灵寿县横山湖生态 旅游景区# 王健，乔立娟* 5 10 （河北农业大学经贸学院） 摘要：河北省灵寿县横山岭水库开发建设成了横山湖生态旅游景区，同时记录着一个原本贫 困落后的库区移民山村的创业历程。靠多年的艰苦奋斗，王家沟村通过治山脱贫，依水绿化， 打造出了又一颗太行山区生态旅游明珠。王家沟村的人民初步实现了他们制定的“整治荒山、 发展旅游业、建设新民居”三步走的战略。横山湖旅游景区开发的历程与经验，取得的生态 与社会经济效益，创造的精神与文化价值，展示了他们新农村建设的成就。本文以创意农业 的理论描述了这一生态经济系统的设计与开发思路。 关键词：横山岭水库 生态旅游 创意农业 中图分类号：请查阅《中国图书馆分类法》 15 To Develop Eco-tourism Scenic Area of Hengshan Lake in Lingshou County of Hebei Province by the Creative Agriculture Wang Jian, Qiao Lijuan 20 25 30 (College of Economics and Trade, Agricultural University of Hebei) Abstract: The Hengshan mountain ridge reservoir at Lingshou County of Hebei Province has been developed and constructed for the Hengshan lake eco-tourism scenic area, which simultaneously has been recording an imbark course on the immigrant mountain village in an originally impoverished backwardness reservoir district. Depends on many year arduous struggles, the Wang Jiagou village through governs the mountain to escape from poverty, afforested rely on the water, makes an eco-tourism pearl in Mt. Taihang area. The people of Wang Jiangou village realized their formulated-three steps walked strategy “the improvement barren hill and the development tourism, then construct the new people residence”. The development course and the experience by the Hengshan lake scenic area developing, have produced great ecological and the socioeconomic benefit, as well as the spirit of creation and the value of culture, which had demonstrated their achievement of construction on the new countryside. The paper illustrate a frame and idea on this socioeconomic ecosystem development by means of the creative agricultural theory.
