 开发区集约利用途径 SEM 研究# 5 10 摘要：本文利用结构方程模型，探索开发区集约利用途径。结果表明：（1）测量模型中只有土地有偿使 用率、土地招牌挂率和高新技术产业用地率的标准因子荷载小于 0.3，不能很好的解释对应的变量（2）结 构模型中土地开发程度与土地利用结构强度和土地利用效益之间的路径系数分别为 0.85 和 0.70；管理强度 与土地利用结构强度和土地利用效益之间的路径系数分别为 0.40 和 0.49。结论如下：（1）开发区集约利 用评价指标体系总体较好，仅有个别指标需要优化（2）目前大多数开发区均优先考虑提高土地开发利用程 度，然后提高土地管理强度（3）该模式不利于可持续发展，应优先提高土地管理强度，然后提高土地开发 利用程度，还应拓宽开发利用内涵。走生态集约可持续发展之路。 关键词：土地集约利用；途径；评价指标体系；结构方程模型；开发区 中图分类号：P967 15 The Study of Intensive Utilization Pathway in The Development Zone Based on SEM Dong Guanglong, Zheng Xinqi (School of Land Science and Technology, China University of Geosciences, Beijing 100083) 20 25 30 35 Abstract: The aim of this study is to explore the better approach of land intensive utilization. Method of Structure Equation Model was employed. The results show that:(1)In Measurement model ,only the standard factor loading of land compensation utilization rate, the land signs hanging rate and land use rate of high-tech industries are less than 0.3,which is not good enough to explan for the corresponding variable(2)In the structural model,the path coefficients between the degree of land development and the intensity of land use structure and land use efficiency is 0.85 and 0.70 respectively; the path coefficients between management intensity and the intensity of land use structure and land use efficiency is 0.40 and 0.49 respectively.It is concluded that (1) The evaluation indicator system is overall reasonable, only individual indicator need to be optimized.(2) There are two ways to improve the level of intensive use in the development zone: The frist is to increase the intensity of land use structure，the second is to improve the land use efficiency.To achieved it, the improvement of the degree of land development and intensity of land management should be considered, and give priority to the improvement of the degree of land development.（3）However, this pattern of development is not conducive to sustainable development, priority should be given to improve
