 普通针毛蕨化学成分和药理学活性研究 进展# 刘子维，薛聘聘，熊朝梅，石牍，阮金兰** 5 10 （华中科技大学同济医学院药学院，武汉 430000） 摘要：蕨类植物为一种古老低等植物，由其独特的生物合成途径所产生的新颖化合物吸引了 很多研究者的关注。本文对普通针毛蕨中所发现的化学成分及其药理活性进行了介绍。从该 植物中发现了大量的黄酮类成分，其中一类 B 环非芳香化的黄酮表现出了极好的抗肿瘤活 性，本文详细阐述了该类化合物在分子生物学水平的抗肿瘤机理。结果显示该类黄酮较 B 环为芳香环的黄酮而言，抗肿瘤活性明显提高。通过进一步的实验发现该类化合物可以作用 于肿瘤细胞中的多个信号通路，进而通过促肿瘤细胞凋亡，抑制血管生成，周期调控等方式 来抑制肿瘤细胞的生长。 关键词：普通针毛蕨；黄酮；抗肿瘤；凋亡途径；MAPK 中图分类号：R932 15 The overview of the chemical composition and the pharmacological activity in Macrothelypteris torresiana LIU Ziwei, XUE Pingping, XIONG Chaomei, SHI Du, RUAN Jinlan (College of Pharmacy, Tongji Medical Center, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, 20 25 30 35 40 WuHan 430000) Abstract: The fern plant was an ancient lower plant, which has attracted a lot of attention due to the novel compound produced by its unusual biosynthetic pathway. In the paper, chemical compositions found in Macrothelypteris torresiana and their pharmacological activities were introduced. A large number of flavonoids was found in the plant, among these compounds, a series of flavones with the unaromatized B ring showed the excellent performance in the anti-tumor screening and their anti-tumor mechanism at the level of molecular biology was detailed in this review. The result showed that compared to the flavonoid with aromatic B ring, the kind of flavonoid exhibit better anti-tumor activity. Further experiments verified that the compounds could act on the tumor cells in several signal pathway, and then, the kind of compoud were found to inhibit tumor cells growth by inducing cell apoptosis, anti-angiogenesis and regulating cell cycle.
