某油库轻质油品调合系统工艺设计 摘 要 各种炼油装置生产的许多一次产品油性能一般都不能直接满足各种油品质量的需求， 如汽油、柴油类产品质量的要求。本论文首先指出油品调合是解决这一问题的经济而又合 理的方法。介绍了油品调合技术的研究意义及油品调合工艺的发展状况。其次，论文提出 两种调合方法，通过比较这两种调合方法的先进性，选择一种较为合理的方法，并结合我 国某炼厂的实例进行案例分析。再次，确定油品调合系统方案，并以国内的发展现状为指 导思想，根据一般的油品调合系统方案设计了三种方案。通过对各个调合系统调合精度、 调合适用范围以及系统的复杂程度等方面进行综合比较，最终选出其中一种较为合理的方 案。然后进行调合比例及各种工艺计算，之后再进行泵、调节阀以及管路附件的选择。最 后给出了平面布置规划并且进行技术经济评价，得出管道调合具有经济性的结论 。 关键词： 柴油，管道调合，调合系统，经济性 VII 某油库轻质油品调合系统工艺设计 Abstract Usually, the quality of much primary product petroleum, which belongs to the products of the various refinery units, can not meet different oil performances, such as gasoline and diesel products. Firstly, in this paper, it is pointed out that oil blending is an economical and reasonable way which can solve the problem perfectly. And the research significance of oil blending technology and the development of oil blending technology were also introduced. Secondly, two blending methods were provided and the more reasonable one was selected by comparing their advancement. Based on a refinery in our country, the blending case was analyzed. Then, the plan of oil blending system was determined, which used the indoor developing status as guiding principle. In this paper, three plans were designed, and the most reasonable one was chosen through comprehensive comparison. Then blending ratio calculation and various technological calculations was carried with type selection of bumps, valves and various pipeline accessories. Finally, layout plan and technical economic evaluation were taken to obtain the oil blending economical conclusion. Key words：diesel oil, online blending, blending system, technological calculation
