摘 要 由联苯二酚与环氧氯丙烷合成的联苯型环氧树脂有着许多优异的性能，其目 前还未实现大规模的工业化生产 。联苯环氧树脂由实验室合成转变为工业化生 产，需要进行多方面的调研与设计。其中设计一个工艺流程并根据该流程进行初 步的设备选型是很重要的一个步骤。本文设计了年产 30 吨的联苯环氧树脂工艺 流程，并进行了设备选型包括：加料，反应，过滤，分离，洗涤，干燥及包装等 工艺步骤。这些工艺流程需要用到相关的工业设备如：反应釜，冷凝器，离心机， 干燥器，包装机等。同时也进行了物料衡算，为联苯型环氧树脂的产业化打下基 础。 关键词：联苯型环氧树脂，工业化，反应釜，过滤器，离心机，干燥器 I Abstract Biphenyl epoxy resin synthesized from 3,3’,5,5’-tetramethyl-diphenol and epichlorohydrin exhibited many excellent properties ,but now it have not been into large-scale industrialization .The transformation from preparation in laboratory to industrialization needed extensive investigation and design , the most important step was to choose the appropriate equipment and model according to the flow chart of the reaction .The technologic flow of producing 30 ton biphenyl epoxy resin annually was designed in the paper ,and chose the interrelated equipment and model ,the process included feeding, reaction , filtration , separation , abstersion ,dryness and packaging and so on .The interrelated equipment ,such as reaction kettle, condensator , centrifuge , desiccators , packaging machine ,was also chosen. The materiel calculation was presented , it would make the foundation for industrialization of biphenyl epoxy resin.
