北京石油化工学院经管学院 OA 系统的分析与设计 摘 要 随着计算机技术和网络技术的发展和人们对提高办公效率的要求，网络办公自动化 技术发展起来。网络办公自动化技术的发展离不开动态网页技术和数据库技术的进步。 本论文在对北京石油化工学院经济管理学院进行详细的调查后，采用原型法与系统生命 周期相结合的系统开发方法对经管学院的办公自动化系统进行了分析与设计。本文采用 ASP 技术和 Access 数据库对系统进行了开发。本文系统分析从通用办公模型出发， 参考了工作流技术相关理论对办公公文数据的流转进行了详细的设计，同时设计为办公 自动化系统搭建了系统框架，为以后系统扩展打下了基础。 关键词：办公自动化系统 系统分析 系统设计 ASP 工作流 公文流转 北京石油化工学院经管学院 OA 系统的分析与设计 Abstract Along with the development of computer and network technology, and the request of improve the official work efficiency, the network office automation systems grow up. The network office automation technology dependent on the advancement of dynamic web and database technology. After did the particular investment to the enconomy management college, the dissertation analysed and designed the office automation system and adhibit the integrate of antetype and life cycle method. The dissertation adhibit ASP technology and Access database develop the system. The system analyse adhibit currency office model, consult the work flow theoretices, and particular designed the official document data move. The dissertation build the system framework, construct foundation of office automation system and prepare for the system development.
