In order to be able to objectively and scientifically evaluate enterprises p rformance, the paper set up entropy appraisal model which was an objective empower approach, then utilized it to valuate the performance of five listed electronic enterprises, according to the evaluation results, the paper gave stronger guidance conclusions.
