Unfortunately, m ost o f the ex ist ing study on energy system m ode l focu s on only one stage or aspect of urban energy system p lan- n ing, so they have m any lmi itat ions for gu id ing Chinese large scale deve lopm ent and construct ion o f low- carbon eco-c ity.
