1焦炉集气管压力无级模糊智能控制可研 1 2 杨邵鸿 袁正宏 （1.本钢集团北营公司，本溪 117017 ；2.西安中程自动化工程有限公司，西安 710000 ） 摘 要 目前，北营焦化厂生产三区集气管压力采用的控制技术是对焦炉和鼓风吸力分别进行独立的PID 根据阀位 进行调节。但由于影响因素很复杂，实践证明该控制方法不能密切结合焦炉的工艺特性，不能将焦炉发生煤气、鼓 冷输送煤气、机后用户阻力变化作为一个整体进行有机分析控制；不能全自动主动适应上述环节的复杂变化；不能 结合煤气的流体特性进行焦炉间的复杂解耦，其控制效果有限，不够理想，不能适应该焦炉系统，导致初冷器前吸 力难以稳定、集气管压力频繁出现波动大影响焦炉炉门冒烟或上升管被鼓开冒黄烟。因此，要稳定集气管压力必须 寻求更先进、适应的控制技术；无级模糊智能控制技术用“以动制动”来达到稳定各焦炉集气管煤气压力的目的， 无疑是一个很好的选择。 关键词 焦炉 集气管压力 无级模糊智能控制 Feasibility Study of Coke Collecting Pipe Pressure no Fuzzy Intelligent Control in Beiying Coking Plant Yang Shaohong1 Yuan Zhenghong2 (1.Benxi Steel Group Beiying Steel (Group) Co., Ltd., Benxi, 117017； 2.Xian Medium Automation Engineering Co., Ltd., Xian, 710000) Abstract At present, Beiying coking plant in three area collector pressure control technology is used in coke ovens and blast were independent PID suction valve according to regulation. Therefore, to stabilize the collector
