证券投资风险与证券风险防范研究 毕业论文 摘　　要 证券投资风险是现代经济发展中的一个非常重要的问题,在证券市场上，我们遇到各种各样的风险，其中有外汇风险，利率风险，信用风险，流动性风险，证券市场价格风险等。本论文主要就是讨论证券投资中的各种风险的理论知识以及如何去最大限度地减低风险对我们的伤害。本文主要从以下四个方面进行论述： 第一章，简述证券投资风险研究的背景，分析国内外研究现状以及说明研究的目的意义 第二章，简单介绍证券投资中证券投资、证券投资风险、风险种类基本理论，具体说明证券风险的分类与具体成因，让读者对风险这个专业术语有一个具体的认识，在以后投资中能正确识别风险。 第三章，从风险的来源分析并结合我国证券市场现状，总结几点防范措施，以期我国证券市场可以健康良好的发展。 第四章，本文就现阶段证券投资风险研究进行总结，归纳其存在的一些局限性，以及提出一些建议和未来研究的展望。 【关键词】：证券投资；投资分析；风险防范 Abstract Securities investment risk is modern economic development in a very important question, in the stock market, we have all kinds of risks, including foreign exchange risk of interest rate risk, credit risk, liquidity risk, stock market, price risk, etc. This thesis mainly discussed the various is securities investment risk theory knowledge and how to maximize the damage to our risk reduction. Chapter 3, from sources of risk analysis with our country securities market situation, summarizes some preventive measures, with a view of Chinas securities market is healthy development.
