　酒店管理系统设计与开发 蒋秀芳 （巢湖学院 计算机科学与技术系，安徽 巢湖238000） 摘要：随着经济的发展，旅游业和商贸流通业的繁荣促使宾馆酒店业也得到前所未有的发展。利用以计算机为基础的管理信息系统改善和挖掘宾馆酒店业的市场潜力，从而最大限度地获取营业利润是目前宾馆酒店从业者们在软件环境方面改善和提高服务的一个重要措施。本酒店管理系统的开发是针对中小型酒店的日常管理业务开发而成的，采用sql server 2000作为后台数据库，vc++工具来设计程序，共实现了6个主要的功能模块：客房预订帮助客人实现客房预订；客房管理用于管理客房信息；统计报表主要用来管理客人的预订业务和统计酒店物品；入住管理用于管理客人入住并记录相关信息；消费记账将客人在酒店的所有消费记入客人账单；收银退房实现客人结算各项费用并退房。这些功能模块基本上满足了客人在酒店预订、入住管理等方面的需求。通过以上功能的实现来提供相对比较完善的酒店管理机制的建立。本文详细介绍了酒店入住信息管理系统的开发实现过程，从系统的需求分析、模块设计、数据设计、详细设计等各个环节都进行了详尽的分析和描述。 关键词： 酒店管理系统；VC++6.0；SQL2000 Hotel Management System Design and Development JiangXiufang (Department of Computer Science and Technology, ChaoHu College, ChaoHu AnHui,238000) Abstract: With economic development, tourism and trade circulation industry to promote the prosperity of the hotel industry has also been an unprecedented hotel development. The hotel management system was developed for the daily management of small and medium hotel made of business development, using sql server 2000 as back-end database, vc + + tools to design process, achieving a total of 6 major modules: Booking rooms to help customers achieve Book; room management information for managing rooms; statistical reports used to manage the main guests of hotel reservation services and goods; occupancy management for the management of guests and record relevant information; consumption will account for all the guests in the hotel guests recorded consumption bills; cashier check clearing fees, and to achieve the guests check out. These modules are basically to meet the guests in the hotel booking, management, occupancy demand. The realization of the above features to provide relatively well-established hotel management mechanism. This paper describes the hote
