广州航空公司核心竞争力探析 摘要 近年来,核心竞争力成为企业界、学术界经常提及的话题,许多企业都在强调培育和提升自身的核心竞争力。在世界经济全球化、航空业呈现联盟化、集团化和“天空开放”的趋势下,我国民航业面临着更为严峻的竞争形势,民航运输企业急需培育和提升自身核心竞争力,以增强国际竞争力。本文在综合分析国内外有关企业核心竞争力理论的定义、特征、构成要素的基础上,对广州航空公司的核心竞争力进行分析。通过对广州航空公司的核心技术能力、核心市场能力、核心管理能力、核心员工能力四个方面进行评析,得出了广州航空公司核心竞争能力,即以企业文化为旗帜、市场为导向、人才为保障、罗盘管理为支撑的这样一个核心竞争力。并结合我国目前航空公司现状和广州航空公司的实际情况,提出广州航空公司提升核心竞争力的几个策略,低成本高质量服务策略、客户关系管理、推进企业信息化建设、完善企业文化建设、联盟合作战略。 关键词:广州航空公司;核心竞争力;提升战略 SHENZHEN AIRLINES OF THE CORE COMPETITIVENESS ABSTRACT In recent years, the core competition has been frequently mentioned in the field of academy and enterprises, and at the same time, enterprises have attached great importance to the promotion of the core competition.
