云畅loft公寓建筑与结构设计

摘要：本毕业设计为云畅loft公寓建筑与结构设计，在对建筑进行整体合理规划

的前提下，以任务书和现行国家相关标准为依据，开展设计工作。基本步骤有:建筑图

绘制；结构方案布置；传力分析；内力计算；构件截面配筋等。在设计过程中，结合

所学过的知识、通过查阅参考料初步设计，利用力学求解器、word等完成设计说明

书及其他内容的编写，结构施工图采用AutoCad和PKPM软件进行辅助绘图。通过

手算与电算结果相互结合印证，最终实现了框架结构的设计工作。本设计书主要为结

构设计的手算部分。手算前需使用PKPM软件对结构整体进行电算，保证结构的大

致尺寸和结构指标符合各项规定，保证内力分析和配筋计算不存在完全与规定不符的

情况，结构手算将采取取一棉框架的形式，对该棉框架进行内力组合分析，对最不利

内力情况进行计算，进而得出对梁、柱、楼板、楼梯以及基础等建筑构件的配筋设计

方案。
