AbstractObjective:Toinvestigatetheimpactofcomprehensivepreventionandcontrolmeasuresforcoronavirusdisease2019onthe
trendofnosocomialinfectionratesusinginterruptedtime‐seriesanalysis.Methods:Atotalof2301patientswithnosocomialinfectionfroma
tertiarygradeAgeneralhospitalinShanxiprovincewereselectedassubjectsfromFebruary2018andJanuary2022.Theperiodfrom
February2018toJanuary2020wasdefinedasthepre‐pandemicphase,andtheperiodfromFebruary2020toJanuary2022wasdefinedasthe
pandemiccontrolphase.Theroutineinfectioncontrolmeasureswasemployedatthepre‐pandemicphase,whilecomprehensivepreventionandcontrol
measuresforcoronavirusdisease2019wasemployedatthepandemiccontrolphase.Interruptedtime‐seriesanalysiswasusedtoevaluate
trendofnosocomialinfectionratesbeforeandaftertheimplementationofcomprehensivepreventionandcontrolmeasures.Results:The
segmentedlinearregressionmodelshowedthatβ1=0.000,P=0.939;β2=-0.032,P=0.773;β3=-0.025,P=0.015.Therewasnostatistically
