providereal-timeaccuratesupplystatusoftheshipsfuelsupplysystem,soastofacilitatethe
crewtoobtainkeydatasuchastanklevelandtankpressureintime,andtoquicklytakethe
correctcountermeasures.Currently,thedomesticfuelsupplymonitoringsystemispoorin
intelligentautonomyandgeneralization,andmostlyadoptsforeignproductioncontrollers,
whichleadstohighcost.SothispaperaimsatthedesignanddevelopmentoftheFGSS
(naturalgassupplysystem)withdomesticPLCasthecontroller,andwiththe‘Specification
fortheApplicationofNaturalGasFueltoShips2021’asthestandard,andwiththemarine

EnvironmentalEngineering,andbuildsasimulationmodelasaprototypeoftheland-based
testbase,adoptstheideaofsoftwareengineering,basedonthePIDcontrolalgorithm,to
designanddevelopasetofstandards-compliant,safe,reliable,localizedandhighlyversatile
fuelsupplymonitoringsystem.
Thefuelsupplymonitoringsystemdesignedinthispaperisdividedintogassafety
systemandgascontrolsystem,themainfunctionofthegassafetysystemissafetymonitoring,
throughthedistributionofsensorsindifferentpartsoftheliquefiednaturalgasstoragetanks,
gassupplypipeline,engine,etc.,tomonitorthedataofstoragetanks,gassupplypipeline,
engineandtheoperatingstatusofthesupplysystem,tocompletethetroubleshootingofthe
supplyprocessasawhole,andtoensurethattheprocessofsupplyinggasissafe,Itensures
