suggestionsareputforwardfortheexistingproblemsincombinationwiththe

reality,firstly,thelegislativeconceptofgovernanceshouldbeestablishedand

themunicipalpeoplescongressesofthedistrictsshouldbethemainbodyof

thelegislation;secondly,thecompleteresponsibilityandobligationsystemof

reducingtheamountofconstructionwastegovernanceatsourceshouldbe

constructed,andtheoperabilityofthefilingsystemofconstructionwaste

governanceandemissionshouldbestrengthened;lastly,theprovisionsof

localcharacteristicsshouldbesetupaccordingtolocalconditionsandthe

improvementofsocialincentivesshouldbefocusedon,andthegovernance

shouldbeoptimised.Finally,establishlocalspecialprovisionsaccordingto

localconditions,payattentiontotheimprovementofsocialincentive

mechanism,optimisethesynergysystemofthemainbody,andtakemultiple

measurestoimprovethecontentoflocallegislationonconstructionwaste

management,soastomakecontributiontothepromotionofconstruction

wastemanagementandtheconstructionofecologicalcivilizationwithhigh

qualitylegislation.
