摘要：碳酸二甲酯作为一种重要的化工原料，在聚酯、锂电池电解液溶剂等领域应用广泛。文章首先简单介绍了碳酸二

甲酯的生产工艺，对主要工艺路线成本进行了分析，得到环氧丙烷酯交换法成本相对较低；其次，分析了碳酸二甲酯的

产能、产量和市场状况，总结出碳酸二甲酯产能增加迅速但产能利用率较低的现状；最后，结合市场行情对其发展趋势

进行了展望，并提出了发展建议。

Abstract:Asanimportantchemicalrawmaterial,dimethylcarbonateiswidelyusedinpolyester,lithiumbatteryelectrolytesolvent

andotherfields.Firstly,theproductionprocessofdimethylcarbonateisbrieflyintroduced,andthecostofthemainprocessrouteis

analyzed.Itisfoundthatthecostofpropyleneoxidetransesterificationisrelativelylow.Secondly,theproductioncapacity,output

andmarketsituationofdimethylcarbonateareanalyzed.Itisfoundthattheproductioncapacityofdimethylcarbonateisincreased

rapidlybuttheutilizationrateislow.Finally,combinedwiththemarketsituation,thedevelopmenttrendisforecasted,andthe

developmentsuggestionsareputforward.
