【摘要】InordertodeterminetheoptimaldemandoflipidforChelon
haematocheilus,theeffectsofvariouslevelsoffishoiladdedtodietson
growth,apparentdigestibilitycoefficientsandbodycompositionofChelon
haematocheilus.ThreehundredandsixtyChelonhaematocheilus
fingerlingswithinitialbodyweightsof(5,4±0.2)gwererandomlydivided
into3groups(3duplicatesforeachgroup,and20fishinoneduplicate).
Thefishwerernfeddietswithsixlevelsofcrudelipidat2.71%,5.79%,8.
23%,11.85%,14.39%and16.91%byadding0,3%,6%,9%,12%and
15%fishoil.Theresultsshowedthatthehepatosomaticindexesof14.39%
groupand16.91%groupweresignificantlyhigherthanthatofotherfour
groups(P0.05),andtherewasnosignificantdifferenceinotherfour
groups(P0.05).Theweightgainrateandspecialgrowthratiofirstly
increasedandlatelydecreasedwithincreaseddietarylipidlevels.The
highestweightgainwasfoundinthe8.23%group,andthelowestfeed
conversionratioalsoappearedinthe8.23%group.Proteinefficiencyratio
increasedwithincreaseddietarylipidlevels.Proteinefficiencyratioofthe
16.91%groupwassignificantlyhigherthanthatof2.71%groupand5.
79%group(P0.05),andtherewasnosignificantdifferenceinother
groups(P0.05).Dietarylipidlevelshadnosignificanteffectsonthe
digestibilityofdrymatterandcrudeprotein(P0.05).Withtheincrease
ofdietarylipidlevels,theapparentdigestibilityofthe16.91%groupwas
significantlyhigherthanthatof2.71%group(P0.05),thelipidcontent
ofwholebodyrose,withthe14.39%groupand16.91%group
significantlyhigherthanthe2.71%group(P0.05).Therewasno
significantdifferenceofmusclelipidcontentinotherfourgroups(P0.05).
Itwasconcludedthatdietarylipidlevelsaffectedpartialbodyindexesas
