TheXC6138seriesarehighaccuracyvoltagedetectorsthatcanbedetectedhighvoltagewithsensepinseparationand
externaldelaycapacitoradjustabletype.
Themaximuminputvoltageofthesensepinis76V,andthedetectvoltagecanbesetbetween2.3Vto20.0V.Thisseries
arecapabletomonitorhighvoltagedirectlyandthereleasevoltagecanbesetbetween2.5Vto24.0Vaswell.Therefore,
variouscombinationsofdetectorvoltageandreleasevoltagecanbeselected.
Sincethereisnoneedtodividethevoltagebyresistanceasbefore,itcontributestohigheraccuracyofdetect/releasevoltage
andlowerconsumptioncurrentofthedividerresistor.
Thedelaytimealsocanbeadjustedexternallywithanexternalcapacitor,andtheratioofdetect/releasetimecanbeselected.
