■GENERALDESCRIPTION

TheXC6121/XC6122/XC6123/XC6124seriesisagroupofhigh-precision,lowcurrentconsumptionvoltagedetectorswith

watchdogfunctionsincorporatingCMOSprocesstechnology.Theseriesconsistofareferencevoltagesource,delaycircuit,

comparator,andoutputdriver.Withthebuilt-indelaycircuit,theseriesdonotrequireanyexternalcomponentstooutputsignals

withreleasedelaytime.TheoutputtypeisVDFLlowwhendetected.

TheEN/ENBpincancontrolONandOFFofthewatchdogfunctions.BysettingtheEN/ENBpintoloworhighlevel,the

watchdogfunctioncanbeOFFwhilethevoltagedetectorremainsoperation.SincetheEN/ENBpinoftheXC6122andXC6124

seriesisinternallypulleduptotheVINpinorpulleddowntotheVSSpin,theseseriescanbeusedwiththeEN/ENBpinleft

openwhenthewatchdogfunctionsisused.Thedetectvoltagesareinternallyfixed1.6V~5.0Vinincrementsof0.1V,using

lasertrimmingtechnology.Sixwatchdogtimeoutperiodsareavailableinarangefrom50msto1.6s.Fivereleasedelaytimes

areavailableinarangefrom3.13msto400ms.
