设计题目:花生脱壳机设计
摘要:设计花生脱壳机,用来脱花生外壳的设备,适用于生产油炸花生米、花生糕点、花生糖、花生奶、花生蛋白粉、作为大型花生榨油厂榨油生产的榨前预处理。要求脱壳率高(94%98%),脱壳后的花生仁破碎率为2%6%,表面不褐变,蛋白质不变性。脱壳的同时,壳、仁自动分离,生产效率产量1200kg/h1800kg/h。
设计内容及要求:
1、花生脱壳机总体设计,满足生产效率及质量要求;
2、设计并绘制脱壳机装配图A0一张
3、设计并绘制脱壳机装配图四张以上零件图A2三张
