浅论众创环境下山东省大学生创业所面临的财务风险及其应对策略

摘要：近年来，自主创业逐渐成为很多大学生的职业选择方式。然而并非所有创业者都会走向成功，一般来说，初出茅庐的大学生只顾盲目前进，很容易轻视创业过程资金、劳动力、市场需求等种种风险的存在及影响，尤其是财务风险。因此，帮助当代大学生探索创业财务风险及一些实用可行的应对措施，建立有效的控制机制已成为当务之急。本文从结构上共分为4个部分，笔者先阐述了此项研究的背景及意义，通过调研数据浅析当代大学生的创业财务风险控制情况，以国外国内经典理论为依据，层层深入，仔细剖析大学生财务风险控制过程中存在的问题及成因，并根据实际情况，提出构建大学生创业财务风险控制机制的思路和建议。分别从内部控制和外部控制角度，对创业前、创业中和创业退出不同阶段提出风险控制措施，对今后大学生创业提供指导与帮助。

Abstract:Inrecentyears,independententrepreneurshiphasgraduallybecomethecareerchoiceofmanycollegestudents.Notallentrepreneursareontheroadtosuccess,however,generallyspeaking,thefledglingcollegestudentsjustblindlyforward,itiseasytodespiseentrepreneurialprocesscapital,labor,theexistenceofmarketdemandandsoonallsortsofriskanditsinfluence,especiallyfinancialrisks.Therefore,itisurgenttohelpcontemporarycollegestudentstoexplorethefinancialrisksofentrepreneurshipandsomepracticalandfeasiblemeasurestoestablisheffectivecontrolmechanism.Inthispaper,fromthestructurewillbedividedintofourparts,theauthorfirstexpoundsthebackgroundandsignificanceofthestudy,throughthesurveydatabusinessfinancialriskcontrolsituationofcontemporarycollegestudentsisanalysed,basedondomesticclassicaltheoryabroad,layeruponlayerthorough,carefullyanalyzethecollegestudentsintheprocessoffinancialriskcontrolproblemsandcauses,andaccordingtotheactualsituation,putforwardtheconstructionofcollegestudentsentrepreneurialthinkingandsuggestionoffinancialriskcontrolmechanism.Fromtheperspectiveofinternalcontrolandexternalcontrol,theriskcontrolmeasuresareputforwardindifferentstagesofentrepreneurship,entrepreneurshipandexit,andtheguidanceandhelpforcollegestudentsentrepreneurshipinthefu
