海洋工程装备领域标准界面分析

摘要标准从计划的提出、制定到审批发布，涉及多个利益相关方，而专业范围上界定模糊，容易造成标准重叠交叉的现象。
介绍了海洋工程装备领域相关标准化组织的标准制修订情况，对标准界面问题进行了梳理，阐述了问题出现的原因。介绍了
国际标准化组织（ISO）的联络组织机制和形式，以ISO/TC67/SC7的联络组织为例进行了分析，针对海洋工程装备标准界面
问题进行了总结和研究。结合实际情况，提出海洋工程装备领域标准避免重复交叉的建议。

nizationsinthefieldofoffshoreengineeringequipment,sortsouttheproblemsexistinginstandardinterface,andexpoundsthecauses
oftheproblems.Theliaisonorganizationmechanismandformofinternationalstandardizationorganization(ISO)areintroduced.Taking
theliaisonorganizationofISO/TC67/SC7asanexample,thestandardinterfaceproblemsofoffshoreengineeringequipmentaresum⁃
marizedandstudied.CombinedwiththeactualsituationinChina,somesuggestionsareputforwardtoavoidtheoverlappingofstan⁃
