针对三菱PLC的CIP原位清洗控制系统的设计方案

摘要

在乳制品加工过程中，传统的清洁手段已无法满足当前的卫生标准，且其维护性能欠佳。同时，传统的继电器亦已无法适应现代工业的需求，因此，我们提出了基于PLC控制的CIP清洗系统。该系统无需拆线，能够利用水流压力与化学液的化学能引发化学反应，打破平衡状态，从而对所需冲洗的物品实施有效冲洗。根据已设计的系统方案，我们采用PLC对系统的工作流程实施控制，利用触摸屏对工作流程进行实时监视，同时，通过温度传感器对液体加热状态进行模拟输入，以满足整个系统的操作要求。

基于PLC的CIP清洗控制系统，我们根据工艺需求选用了三菱公司的FX系列PLC，并利用三菱公司提供的编程软件对程序进行编写与参数设置。该系统通过PLC实现网络通信，将输入输出模块与温度传感器相连接，并与供液泵上的变频器进行相应连接。此外，我们还利用触摸屏的MCGS组态软件对程序进行监控。该操作系统结构简洁明了，可读性强，极大地方便了编程与调试工作。

Abstract

Intheprocessofdairyproductprocessing,traditionalcleaningmethodscannolongermeetcurrenthygienestandards,andtheirmaintenanceperformanceispoor.Atthesametime,traditionalrelayscannolongeradapttotheneedsofmodernindustry,therefore,weproposeaCIPcleaningsystembasedonPLCcontrol.Thesystemdoesnotrequiredisassemblyandcanutilizethechemicalenergyofwaterpressureandchemicalstoinitiateachemicalreaction,breakingtheequilibriumstate,therebyeffectivelyflushingtheitemstoberinsed.Accordingtothedesignedsystemscheme,weusePLCtocontroltheworkflowofthesystem,useatouchscreentomonitortheworkflowinreal-time,andatthesametime,simulatetheinputoftheliquidheatingstatethroughatemperaturesensortomeettheoperatingrequirementsoftheentiresystem.

BasedonthePLCCIPcleaningcontrolsystem,weselectedtheFXseriesPLCfromMitsubishiCorporationaccordingtotheprocessrequirementsandusedtheprogrammingsoftwareprovidedbyMitsubishitowriteandsetparametersfortheprogram.ThesystemachievesnetworkcommunicationthroughPLC,connectstheinputandoutputmoduleswiththetemperaturesensor,andconnectswiththefrequencyconverterontheliquidsupplypump.Inaddition,wealsousetheMCGSconfigurationsoftwareofthetouchscreentomonitortheprogram.Theoperatingsystemstructureissimpleandclear,withstrongreadability,whichgre
